Real I love your lovely poem, it is marvelous.
I believe as Mutual understanding and mutual respect especially to our customer.
Hear is a list of common human needs. Which ones are the needs of your customers?
a. the need to fee welcome.
b. the need for timely service.
c. the need to feel comfortable.
d. the need for orderly services.
e. the need to be understood.
f. the need to receive help or assistance.
g. the need to feel important.
h. the need to be appreciated.
i. the need to be recognized.
j. the need for Mutual RESPECT.

Thank your very much for your comments. It is always pleasant to find someone with similar views. I must make a correction, however: the poem was not my own, but rather lyrics to a well-known American song. The most famous version was done by Aretha Franklin.
